
Korba : The 75th Foundation Day of the Bharat Scouts and Guides was celebrated on Friday, November 7th. On this occasion, teams of Scouts, Guides, Rovers, and Rangers affixed flag stickers to dignitaries and conducted fundraising.

Flag stickers are issued annually by the National Headquarters, New Delhi, on Foundation Day. Two teams of Scouts, Guides, Rovers, and Rangers affixed flag stickers to officials and employees in government offices and banks. The funds raised reach the district, state, and national headquarters and are used for the welfare of Scouting.

Flag stickers were affixed to Superintendent of Police Mr. Siddharth Tiwari, Additional Collector Mr. Devendra Patel, Deputy Collector Mr. TR Bhardwaj, District Education Officer Tameshwar Upadhyay, District Chief Commissioner Mr. Mohammed Sadique Sheikh, and other officials, employees, and citizens.

Superintendent of Police Shri Siddharth Tiwari interacted with the Scouts, Guides, Rovers, Rangers and encouraged them by praising their service work.

The team was led by DOC (Guide) Uttara Manikpuri. The team included Rover Leaders Rajiv Sahu, Jagannath Singh, Guide Captain Ankita Samal, Senior Rover Chetan, Minesh, Nilesh, Rakesh, Khileshwar, Senior Ranger Palak Patel, Ranger Manisha, Priyanka, Mouli, Sania, Saraswati, Komal, Aditi, Ashika, Anjali, Bhumika, Disha, Bhumika Khute, Pragya, Varsha, Damini.
