Korba : Udaan’s distributed clothes and slippers to the needy
organized this service in the Sarvamangala Temple area
Korba, 28th January : As part of its social concern, Udaan, a women’s organization, organized a clothing donation camp to distribute clothing and other items to those in need.
On Wednesday, January 28th, this service was organized in the Sarvamangala Temple area under the leadership of Udaan’s President Nilanjana Sen and Secretary Madhuri Chauhan Sahu of the NTPC Jamnipali area.
Through the clothing donation camp, women members associated with Udaan distributed a variety of clothing to those in need, along with slippers and snacks. Those who received the clothing and other items appreciated and expressed their gratitude. Shobha Tiwari, Krishna Mitra, Shakuntala Rathore, and Soni Karsh also participated in the service.
Udaan members stated that the organization’s primary objective is to promote human service by helping the vulnerable sections of society. President Nilanjana Sen and Secretary Madhuri Chauhan Sahu said that the organization is involved in social work and women’s empowerment. Most of the organization’s members are housewives who strive to fulfill their domestic responsibilities while also serving the public good.
