Chief Minister Sai praised the “Ek Rakhi Sainik Bhaiyon Ke Naam” campaign of Scouts Guides

State Headquarters received 60,111 handmade Rakhis from 33 districts

Raipur : Officials of The Bharat Scouts and Guides, State Headquarters, Chhattisgarh met Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai.

State Chief Commissioner Dr. Somnath Yadav informed the Chief Minister that Bulbul, Guides, Rangers from 33 districts of the state have prepared Rakhis for the soldier brothers deployed on the country’s border.

Dr. Yadav told the Chief Minister that Scouts and Guides, State Headquarters received 60,111 handmade Rakhis from 33 districts. The Rakhis are being sent to Sainik Headquarters New Delhi.

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai praised the innovative work done by Bulbul, Guides and Ranger sisters and congratulated them.

The delegation that went to meet the Chief Minister included State Chief Commissioner Dr. Somnath Yadav, State Vice President Mrs. Lakshmi Verma, Treasurer Shri Murali Sharma, State Secretary Shri Kailash Soni, Assistant State Commissioner Shri Sameer Sheikh.

It is noteworthy that under the guidance of Dr. Somnath Yadav, State Chief Commissioner of The Bharat Scouts and Guides, “Ek Rakhi Sainik Bhaiyon Ke Naam” campaign was conducted.
